Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer workflows to maximize the benefits of solutions
• Provide tailored demonstrations and training sessions to drive business development and product awareness
• Manage escalated customer inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, economics, international trade, or finance
• Experience in client support and product demonstrations
• Ability to learn new products and interfaces quickly
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently within a team structure
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish as a plus
