Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead complex engagements involving multiple product lines and deep integration requirements
- Serve as the technical escalation point within specialty lanes and develop internal reference materials
- Lead structured product feedback sessions with Product Management to inform product development
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8-12 years of hands-on technical experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, or related fields
- Demonstrated expertise in specialty lane with a portfolio of complex projects
- Advanced or professional level platform certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is a strong plus
- A credible professional history validated by senior technical interviewers
