Senior Subrogation Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Subrogation Claims Adjuster to manage complex claims in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle complex claims with minimal supervision
• Determine coverage, liability, damages, and set appropriate reserves
• Process claims in accordance with corporate policies, procedures, and statutory requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma and 5 years of related claims experience required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in lost time workers' compensation subrogation and 3rd party negligence
• Ability to obtain necessary adjuster licenses/certifications as required
• Extensive knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
