Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Subrogation Claims Adjuster to handle complex claims and subrogation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, dispose, and settle complex claims with minimal supervision
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process and present action plans for case resolution
• Process claims in accordance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years of related claims experience required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience handling lost time workers compensation subrogation and 3rd party negligence
• Extensive knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
• Bachelor's degree preferred
