Senior Subrogation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Subrogation Resolution Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, disposes, and settles complex claims with minimal supervision
• Determines coverage, liability, damages, and sets proper reserves for claims
• Interacts with various parties involved in the claim process and presents action plans for case resolution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma and 5 years of related claims experience required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience handling lost time workers compensation subrogation and 3rd party negligence
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses/certifications in all states where claims are handled
• Extensive knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
