Job Summary

A company is looking for a Substation Physical Senior Designer for a remote work position.

Key Responsibilities

Develop substation design packages and deliverables for various projects
Utilize AutoCAD and/or MicroStation for complex designs and mentor junior team members
Perform quality reviews, prepare technical documentation, and support project management efforts

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
7+ years of related experience as a Senior Substation Designer
Proficiency in 2D & 3D design using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
Experience with transmission voltage level substation projects
Knowledge of relevant codes and standards such as NESC and IEEE
