Senior Substation Engineer, PE Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Substation Physical Engineer to provide technical support and leadership for substation design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for substation engineering and consulting services
• Lead and mentor teams of engineers and designers, ensuring project success
• Prepare and review engineering deliverables for electric substation projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree may substitute for experience
• 7+ years of related experience for Senior Engineer I, 10+ years for Senior Engineer II, and 15+ years for Senior Engineer III with PE required
• Professional Engineer registration strongly preferred
• Proficiency with NESC, IEEE, and relevant codes and standards
• Experience in creating and reviewing substation design drawings and using current software applications for design work
