Senior Substation P&C Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the engineering design and technical execution of Protection & Control (P&C) systems for substations, the full-time Senior Substation P&C Engineer will develop protection schemes, coordinate with project teams, and support project lifecycle activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering design and technical execution of P&C systems for substations (typically 4kV-500kV)
• Develop and review protection schemes, one-line diagrams, and wiring diagrams
• Provide technical support during construction and commissioning, including troubleshooting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in substation engineering, with a focus on P&C
• Hands-on experience with relay protection schemes and substation design packages
• Strong understanding of power system fundamentals
• Familiarity with NERC/PRC standards and IEEE guidelines
