Senior Substation Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading a multi-disciplinary team, the full-time Senior Substation Project Manager will manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships while delivering high-voltage substation designs in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams in delivering substation physical and protection & control designs for utilities and EPC partners
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships throughout all project phases
• Review and guide deliverables to ensure technical quality and compliance with industry standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; PMP certification is required
• 12+ years of experience in substation and power systems project management, with utility or EPC exposure
• Deep understanding of high-voltage substation design and the power delivery process
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
