Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Qualified Success Architect to oversee the implementation and adoption of their Conversational Marketing Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework
• Document technical requirements and establish consultative relationships with client business units
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and engage in internal product discussions to provide actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems
• Knowledge of web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications
• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
