Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Success Guide (Commerce Cloud).
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Premier and Signature customers to optimize Commerce Cloud adoption
- Act as a subject-matter expert for the Success Guide organization
- Tailor engagements to meet the unique needs of Commerce Cloud customers
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry
- 5+ years of expertise supporting end users of Salesforce Commerce Cloud in B2B and B2C settings
- Fluent in English
- Ability to facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts into business value
- Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently
