Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Premier and Signature customers to optimize Commerce Cloud adoption
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for the Success Guide organization
  • Tailor engagements to meet the unique needs of Commerce Cloud customers
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry
  • 5+ years of expertise supporting end users of Salesforce Commerce Cloud in B2B and B2C settings
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts into business value
  • Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently
