Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Premier and Signature customers to optimize Commerce Cloud adoption
• Serve as a subject-matter expert within the Success Guide organization
• Tailor engagements to align with customers' unique needs and opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry
• 5+ years of demonstrated expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud in B2B and B2C settings
• Fluent in English
• Ability to facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts into business value
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely
