Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Success Guide to drive customer success through technical expertise in data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on Data Cloud and Agentforce, supporting the broader Success Guide organization
  • Engage with Premier and Signature customers to optimize their use of Data Cloud and Agentforce
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing


Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry, preferably with Data 360 and AI expertise
  • Experience discussing the competitive advantages of Data Cloud for AI functionality
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Fluent English speaker with strong interpersonal skills
