Senior Success Guide

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Success Guide- Data360.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on Data Cloud, supporting the broader Success Guide organization
• Engage with Premier and Signature customers to optimize their Data Cloud usage
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive thought leadership through mentoring

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry, with a focus on Data 360 and AI
• Experience discussing the competitive advantages of Data Cloud in relation to AI functionality
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Deep technical understanding of the product suite and strong leadership in technical acumen
