Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Success Guide- Commerce Cloud (B2B).

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Premier and Signature customers to enable, advise, and optimize Commerce Cloud adoption
• Serve as a trusted B2B Commerce Cloud subject-matter expert for the Success Guide organization
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while driving thought leadership through mentoring

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the technology industry
• 5+ years of experience supporting end users of Salesforce Commerce Cloud in a B2B model
• Fluent in English
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Strong presentation and consultative skills, adaptable to different customer personas
