Senior Success Guide - Bilingual

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Success Guide - Agentforce - Portuguese or Spanish Speaking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject-matter expert on Data Cloud and Agentforce, supporting the Success Guide organization
• Engage proactively and reactively with Premier and Signature customers to optimize their use of Data Cloud and Agentforce
• Facilitate tailored engagements and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the technology industry, with expertise in Data 360 and AI
• Fluent proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish, both written and spoken
• Experience discussing the competitive advantages of Data Cloud related to AI functionality
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and ROI for customers
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
