Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Data Cloud subject-matter expert and support AI success
• Engage with Premier and Signature customers to optimize Data Cloud usage
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive thought leadership through mentoring

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry
• Experience with Data 360 and AI functionality
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
