Senior Supplier Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Supplier Management Program Manager to drive supplier lifecycle management and improve supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of initiatives within the Supplier Management Program strategy, ensuring alignment with best practices
• Drive participation in Supplier Management activities and build relationships with internal stakeholders
• Develop metrics to track effectiveness of supplier management initiatives and support the implementation of Supplier Relationship Management technology

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Procurement or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in program management or supplier/customer relationship management
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in developing and executing Supplier Management Programs
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
