Senior Supplier Performance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Supplier Performance Engineer to support the fabrication of electro-mechanical components at supplier facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure technical and quality requirements are met through supplier oversight
• Develop and implement Supplier Oversight Plans for critical document submittals and compliance
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering
• 4+ years of progressive experience in engineering/manufacturing
• Preferred manufacturing manager experience in Electrical Equipment, Nuclear, or adjacent industries
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience with process capability analysis
• Experience reading drawings and specifications made to ASME standards
