Senior Supplier Performance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Supplier Performance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Supplier Oversight Plans to ensure vendor compliance with technical and quality requirements
• Coordinate activities across functions to drive supplier performance and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 4+ years of progressive experience in engineering/manufacturing
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience with process capability analysis
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and authoring technical documents
• Ability to read drawings and specifications made to ASME standards
