Senior Supply Chain Associate

Job Summary

Supporting inventory planning and sourcing coordination, the full-time Senior Supply Chain Associate will manage day-to-day supply chain operations remotely, ensuring products are stocked and suppliers are aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and coordinate with potential suppliers on pricing, lead times, and production timelines
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory dashboards across multiple platforms
• Assist with data entry and documentation to support continuous process improvements in supply chain workflows

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or eCommerce-related roles
• Exposure to sourcing or supplier coordination
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or TikTok Shops is a plus
