Senior Supply Chain Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing supply chain compliance and analytics, the full-time Senior Supply Chain Compliance Analyst will manage government reporting, compliance deliverables, and process improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead government and customer reporting obligations related to procurement and subcontracting compliance
• Support the development and refinement of supply chain analytics, dashboards, and executive insights
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation for compliance and reporting workflows

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations and government contracting operations
• Experience with government reporting, audit responses, and compliance submissions
• Proven ability to define KPIs and translate operational questions into reporting requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field
