Senior Supply Chain Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Director responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process to ensure high customer fill rates and retail in-stock levels
• Oversee the creation of a consensus demand plan integrating various insights and dynamics
• Develop and report on relevant KPIs for the supply chain while driving continuous improvements and cost savings projects

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management at a CPG company
• Proven experience managing a formal Sales & Operations Planning process
• Familiarity with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) like Kinaxis is desirable
• Ability to organize work and manage multiple projects in an agile environment
• Experience leading teams and influencing internal and external relationships
