Senior Supply Chain Director

Job Summary

Leading the global supply chain strategy, the full-time Senior Supply Chain Director will establish and govern operations across all regions and business segments, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives while managing raw material planning, inventory management, and production scheduling in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term supply chain strategy, aligning with business growth and profitability goals
• Oversee supply chain performance metrics and drive improvements through effective communication and collaboration across functions
• Lead a global team, ensuring organizational capability and succession planning within the supply chain function

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of ten years in commercial and operations roles, with at least eight years in strategic leadership within Supply Chain Planning
• Deep knowledge of S&OP processes and ERP systems, particularly SAP/APO
• Green Belt Six Sigma and supply chain certifications (APICS/IBF) preferred
• Proven ability to lead and develop a global organization effectively
