Senior Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

To lead service logistics operations and drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, the full-time Senior Supply Chain Manager will manage end-to-end service parts supply chain, oversee logistics provider relationships, and develop demand forecasting models in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead service parts supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, and distribution
• Design and mature the monthly S&OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment
• Develop statistical demand forecasting models and present executive-level reporting on supply chain performance

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in supply chain, focusing on service or aftermarket logistics
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field
• Demonstrated ownership of the S&OP process
• Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, with a preference for NetSuite and SFDC
• Strong data analysis skills, particularly in advanced Excel or BI tools
