Job Summary
To drive service logistics operations and enhance the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, the full-time Senior Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end service parts supply chain management, including planning, procurement, and distribution, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the service parts supply chain, managing planning, procurement, distribution, and reverse logistics for field service operations
- Design and mature the monthly S&OP process, ensuring alignment across finance, product management, operations, and supply chain functions
- Develop statistical demand forecasting models for service parts and present executive-level reporting on forecast accuracy and S&OP performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in supply chain, with a focus on service or aftermarket logistics
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field
- Demonstrated ownership of the S&OP process
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, with a preference for NetSuite and SFDC
- Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel or BI tooling
