Senior Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

Focused on driving improvements in procurement, the full-time remote Senior Supply Chain Manager will manage supplier performance, optimize inventory levels, and implement strategic buying agreements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and Material Team Managers to implement solutions that optimize returns and maximize customer service levels
• Design supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead time, and minimize forecast variability
• Develop strategies to minimize supply chain risk and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in supply chain risk management tools

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 or more years of related experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in procurement and supply chain management
• Proven ability to manage supplier performance and relationships
• Strong analytical skills for supply chain data analysis
• Familiarity with lean principles and tools for process optimization
