Senior Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end execution of the company's finished goods supply chain, the full-time Senior Supply Chain Manager will manage purchasing requirements, inventory targets, and supplier relationships for always-on SKUs while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize inventory and minimize risks.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, overseeing performance, capacity planning, and troubleshooting supply disruptions
• Own the accuracy and maintenance of bills of materials (BOMs) and execute the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process to ensure supply continuity
• Analyze inventory performance metrics and maintain optimal inventory targets to balance service levels and working capital

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP, Six Sigma, or APICS/CSCP certification is a plus
• 8 years of experience in supply chain management within cosmetics, beauty, or personal care
• Proven experience managing contract manufacturer relationships and complex supply chain operations
• Strong proficiency with MRP and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Analytical skills related to inventory KPIs, variance analysis, and month-end/year-end close processes
