Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic sourcing programs aligned with business objectives
- Analyze spend and market trends to identify savings opportunities and risks
- Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including negotiations and supplier performance management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of Federal government contracting experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance; US Citizenship required
- Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations and management
- Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and federal acquisition policies
- Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing supply chain teams
