Senior Supply Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Supply Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor API connections and integrations with supply partners, identifying issues with data quality and operational workflows
• Diagnose and resolve real-time and recurring problems, including data discrepancies and undocumented errors
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to QA new supplier integrations and manage incident resolution

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience diagnosing and resolving API and third-party integration issues in a production environment
• Strong technical skills, including data analysis and experience with API technologies such as REST and SOAP
• Experience in QA or validation workflows alongside Engineering teams
• Customer-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively with external partners and internal teams to resolve complex challenges
