Senior Supply Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Supply Planner/Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own inventory strategy execution, including safety stock targets and allocation decisions
• Ensure continuity of supply while balancing in-stock performance with inventory efficiency
• Lead the Supply Review portion of the S&OP process and collaborate with various departments to align supply with demand

Required Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of foundational supply planning principles
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
• Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of SQL or Python
• Experience in leading individual contributors or managing employees
• Continuous improvement mindset
