Senior Supply Planner

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Senior Supply Planner will manage procurement operations for equipment and materials in power system construction projects, developing project-specific supply plans and serving as the primary liaison to cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead project meetings and provide detailed material information to impact design schedules
• Create and manage purchase requisitions in alignment with supply plans, collaborating with the procurement team on dashboards for purchasing visibility
• Analyze engineering scenarios to recommend optimal procurement strategies while maintaining strong supplier relationships

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience with utility-scale PV systems, including sub-assemblies and BESS equipment
• Strong knowledge of technical areas relevant to Utility Scale PV systems, ESS systems, SCADA, and HV Substation
• Proficiency in ERP systems, including report creation and supply plan management
• Experience in creating and maintaining a standardized portfolio of materials
• Ability to define and trade material alternatives that meet technical requirements
