Senior Supply Planner

Job Summary

Owning the supply chain integrity for a complex vendor portfolio, the remote Senior Supply Planner will manage end-to-end replenishment strategies, lead in-stock performance monitoring, and maintain vendor relationships while driving process improvements and mentoring junior planners.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end replenishment strategy and purchase order execution across high-volume vendors, ensuring accountability for inventory turns and in-stock rates
• Lead and monitor in-stock performance, proactively addressing out-of-stock risks and driving resolutions through internal and external channels
• Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, contributing supply-side insights to promotional planning and inventory investment decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related analytical field
• 5-8 years of experience in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or distribution
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and advanced Excel skills, including dynamic modeling and multi-variable forecasting
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level vendor relationships and lead performance conversations
• Track record of leading process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
