Senior Supply Planning Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of a fast-paced online market, the full-time Senior Supply Planning Manager will oversee inventory strategy, manage a team of Supply Planners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product supply and alignment with promotional initiatives, either from Playa Vista, CA, or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Supply Planners to meet evolving business needs
• Oversee purchase volume across high-complexity categories and manage the end-to-end inventory lifecycle
• Serve as the primary liaison for Category Management, Product Innovation, and Marketing to align supply strategy with promotional roadmaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in an analytically driven role, preferably in Retail or Distribution
• 3+ years of experience in a people management role
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL or BI tools
• Experience in a high-growth company during the building phase of processes and systems
