Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive execution and operationalization of systems and tools supporting central programs and strategies
• Own communication on program progress and roadmap, ensuring clear updates to stakeholders
• Partner with revenue operations and field teams to define key support systems and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and MixMax
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales enablement or operations role
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, preferably in tech or hospitality
• Strong strategic, critical-thinking, and systems-thinking skills
