Senior Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Support Analyst (IBMi Power Systems Management).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support for complex issues related to the Halcyon solution
• Collaborate with sales teams to conduct discovery meetings and deliver product demonstrations
• Manage software implementation and training projects, ensuring successful adoption of solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in technical support or system analysis with a focus on software troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of system configurations and troubleshooting methodologies
• 2+ years of experience with Fortra's Halcyon suite and IBM i platform
• Experience with CL programming, security, Save/Restore, BRMS, and DB2 SQL
