Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Analyst to monitor, analyze, and resolve data platform and infrastructure issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients and management regarding production events, escalating issues as needed
  • Act as a liaison between data operations, development, and management to troubleshoot application-related issues
  • Document and enhance Production Support processes and manage incident and change request tickets
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent training
  • 2-4 years of experience in developing/supporting enterprise-level applications in Windows or Linux environments
  • Deep knowledge of application architectures and monitoring tools
  • Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, and scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash
  • Project management experience is required
