Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and improve operational reporting for multiple areas of the product life cycle
• Evaluate and monitor data quality from clients to enhance identification for increased recoveries and revenue
• Assist in the development of other analysts through coaching and mentoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in a data analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence role
• High-level experience using SQL for creating or modifying stored procedure scripts
• Strong expertise with healthcare EDI data exchanges and EDI 270/271 eligibility formats
• Proficiency in Excel, particularly with pivot tables, charts, and functions
