Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Associate to join their Care Support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact, providing exemplary service to members and providers through various channels
• Assist members with account setup, enrollment, pharmacy coordination, and appointment bookings
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functionally to resolve member escalations and improve service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume customer service settings
• Experience providing customer support via phone, live chat, and messaging
• Experience working in remote team environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience supporting specialty medications or chronic condition programs is a plus
