Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact, providing exemplary service to members and providers through various channels
- Assist members with account setup, enrollment, pharmacy coordination, and appointment bookings
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-functionally to resolve member escalations and improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume customer service settings
- Experience providing customer support via phone, live chat, and messaging
- Experience working in remote team environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting specialty medications or chronic condition programs is a plus
