- Provide superior reactive support for premium support customers, adhering to defined statements of work
- Develop strong relationships with customers and deliver coaching and training on software best practices

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in technical support or customer success
- 2+ years of experience in client verticals or equivalent non-profit experience
- 1+ years of experience using SQL
- Proficient in SAP Business Objects Reporting
- Project Management experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
