Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in technical support or customer success
  • 2+ years of experience in client verticals or equivalent non-profit experience
  • 1+ years of experience using SQL
  • Proficient in SAP Business Objects Reporting
  • Project Management experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
