Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers across various environments
- Collaborate with Engineering to resolve complex problems and improve products
- Participate in real-time customer remediation efforts and support new deployments
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in technical support or systems engineering
- Deep proficiency with Linux; certification is a plus
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and high-availability environments
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL or similar database platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
