Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join their Global Customer Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers across various environments
  • Collaborate with Engineering to resolve complex problems and improve products
  • Participate in real-time customer remediation efforts and support new deployments
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in technical support or systems engineering
  • Deep proficiency with Linux; certification is a plus

  • Hands-on experience with NoSQL or similar database platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
