Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 3 Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolves complex issues that Tier 2 cannot address and manages high-profile customer escalations
- Conducts root cause analysis and implements long-term solutions to enhance system stability
- Provides mentorship and technical guidance to support staff while leading strategic improvements in support processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Exceptional expertise in cloud-based products/services, including Windows Server OS, Linux, and Active Directory
- Significant experience in leading technical support operations within a SaaS or software provider
- Extensive knowledge of PKI fundamentals and experience with PKIaaS products is a plus
- Certification in industry standards such as ITIL, AWS, Azure, or Security certifications
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and firewalls troubleshooting, particularly for AWS and Azure
