Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage high-priority support cases
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple product areas and assist in onboarding and training new team members
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective resolution of technical problems and maintain internal documentation
Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years in a technical support role within the AdTech industry, including mentorship experience
- 2+ years of direct product support experience with demonstrated Subject Matter Expertise
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Experience with SQL and Excel; familiarity with scripting languages is a plus
- Industry certifications or technical boot camp certifications are preferred
