Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage high-priority support cases
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple product areas and assist in onboarding and training new team members
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective resolution of technical problems and maintain internal documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 4-5+ years in a technical support role within the AdTech industry, including mentorship experience
  • 2+ years of direct product support experience with demonstrated Subject Matter Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Experience with SQL and Excel; familiarity with scripting languages is a plus
  • Industry certifications or technical boot camp certifications are preferred
