Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer - Night Shift (Fully Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and troubleshoot support issues, escalating to engineering teams as necessary
- Diagnose technical issues and assist engineering teams in identifying and fixing errors
- Automate support needs, develop runbooks, and participate in strategic discussions on customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in support or engineering roles with .NET or NodeJS
- Proven track record in diagnosing and resolving complex issues in distributed systems
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools for microservice architectures
- Willingness to work the night shift as part of a 24/7 support coverage
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
