Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer - Late Shift (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and troubleshoot support issues, escalating to engineering teams as necessary
  • Diagnose technical issues and assist engineering teams in debugging and preparing code fixes
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and automate support processes while participating in infrastructure planning
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in support or engineering roles with .NET or NodeJS
  • Proven track record in diagnosing and resolving issues in distributed systems
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools for microservice architectures
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to work the late shift, including weekends
