Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer - Late Shift (Fully Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and troubleshoot support issues, escalating to engineering teams as necessary
- Diagnose technical issues and assist engineering teams in debugging and preparing code fixes
- Conduct post-incident reviews and automate support processes while participating in infrastructure planning
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in support or engineering roles with .NET or NodeJS
- Proven track record in diagnosing and resolving issues in distributed systems
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools for microservice architectures
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to work the late shift, including weekends
