Senior Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Support Engineer to manage production support for Investments & Risk functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production support issues across Risk and Investments systems
• Monitor applications and system health, responding to alerts and outages
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and document related processes

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of related work experience in a financial services business environment
• Working knowledge of Mendix, Python, and SQL
• Some understanding of Investments front office
• Some knowledge of investments with bonds and derivatives
