Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer, DevTools Bitbucket.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve complex customer issues involving code error diagnosis, debugging, validation, and root cause analysis
- Evaluate active tickets, manage workloads, projects, and monitor queue health
- Advocate for customers and influence product direction through customer feedback
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a technical support role with Java/J2EE application troubleshooting
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting web application containers such as Tomcat and Jetty
- Familiarity with software development models and methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.)
- Advanced experience with relational databases and operating systems (Linux, OSX, Windows)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
