Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer, Cloud Migrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues while collaborating with teams
- Provide technical support through various channels and handle escalations effectively
- Engage with support teams across regions to ensure successful customer migration projects
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in support, software services, or system administration
- 2+ years of experience working with enterprise customers
- Proficiency in writing and updating SQL queries
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python and bash/shell
- Familiarity with SSO, SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, and SSL
