Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer, Cloud Migrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues while collaborating with teams
  • Provide technical support through various channels and handle escalations effectively
  • Engage with support teams across regions to ensure successful customer migration projects
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in support, software services, or system administration
  • 2+ years of experience working with enterprise customers
  • Proficiency in writing and updating SQL queries
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python and bash/shell
  • Familiarity with SSO, SAML, LDAP, Active Directory, and SSL
