Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to provide technical support to dental practice customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance customer relations through proactive support via tickets, calls, and emails
  • Interpret and resolve user inquiries regarding system use and behavior
  • Assist with customer tasks such as system configurations and user management
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical position, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of Google applications, query tools, and database systems
  • Familiarity with Python and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS)
  • Basic networking and IT knowledge
