Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to support and enhance software applications within their product suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve software and process-related issues from customers
  • Document specifications, design, and features of applications prior to production rollout
  • Collaborate with business partners to define and ensure the completeness of system requirements
Required Qualifications
  • BS degree in a STEM-related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant industry experience
  • 5 years of experience with relational database queries using T-SQL or ANSI-SQL
  • 5 years of hands-on experience supporting applications with technologies such as Java, C#, or VB.Net
  • 4-5 years of experience working in Linux-based environments and with automation tools
